Practice history
The general practice was originally founded in 1974 by Dr. Erich Blay. Two years later, in 1976, Dr. Blay moved the practice from Mitteldorf in Schwangau to Jürgenfeld, where it remains today.
In 1988, Peter Horle took over Dr. Blay's practice. In 2007, the practice expanded into a group practice when Dr. Fieß joined as a partner. In the same year, Dr. Anja Rehm began her work as an assistant physician and joined the team.
A branch practice was also established in Füssen in 2007 to further expand medical care in the region.
In March 2016, Peter Horle handed over the practice to Dr. Anja Rehm, and Dr. Tobias Rieder joined the team as a training assistant for one year.
Starting in April 2025, Dr. Rieder will join the group practice "General Practitioners Schwangau + Füssen" with his own medical practice.
Our practice looks back on a long and continuous history and has been providing reliable and trustworthy medical care to our patients for many years.
